payment

We ensure worldwide doorstep delivery to all cities and countries by our courier partner City Express. It usually takes only from 2 to 5 days.

Delivery is free of charge.

You can pay online on our website (we accept all types of bank cards).

If you have a gift card, please just put the code in the application form and make your order.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges are possible if the items are in their original condition, including hygiene seal and original labels. Lingerie must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns and exchanges are based on a sales receipt as a proof of your purchase.

The cost of returns and exchanges are equal to the delivery from your city to Kiev, Ukraine.

Please note that gift vouchers are not cash refundable.
